Kipo the Traditional Food Typical of Kotagede
Kipo, traditional food typical of Kotagede which still exist today. Food in diibuat of glutinous material, coconut milk, salt, sugar and green dye from pandan leaf material. Inside are enten-enten (grated coconut mixed with sugar) and baked using a layer of banana leaves without oil.
